Cancellation Policy

For most experiences, you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours (unless a longer window is stated on the experience) before the scheduled start time and receive a full refund. To cancel, contact us with your booking details as early as possible.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time, and no-shows (not arriving at the meeting point on time or failing to present a valid voucher), are generally non-refundable, because the supplier has reserved your place and resources.

Some experiences are marked as non-refundable or have their own cancellation terms — for example special events, peak-date departures, or activities with limited capacity. The specific terms shown on the experience page and in your confirmation apply to your booking and take priority over the general 24-hour rule.

If you need to change the date, time or number of travellers, contact us as early as possible. Changes are subject to availability and the supplier's terms, and any price difference may apply. We will always try to accommodate reasonable changes.

Occasionally an experience may be cancelled or rescheduled by us or the supplier — for example due to weather, safety, minimum-numbers requirements, or events beyond our control. In that case you will be offered an alternative date, a comparable experience, or a full refund of the amount you paid for the affected experience.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the booking. Once processed, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Any bank or currency-conversion charges applied by third parties are outside our control.
