- Most of our travel will be by vehicle, though we will have time to get out at Baia das Gatas for a walk and swim, wear your bathing suit and bring a towel, if desired (there is no public place to change your clothing). Wear comfortable clothing, shoes, sun protection and bring a bottle of water. Be advised that we will travel up to the summit of Monte Verde with high altitude. We will make a stop for lunch (between 12:30-13:30), the restaurant and local shops accept euros and escudos (local currency), also Visa Cards, the cost of lunch can be from 10 to 20 euros. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions, allergies or important details we should be aware of. Note: in the case of a small group, the guide may speak more than one language if needed.
