Please arrive at the redemption point 10 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.

If TICKET only option selected - please make own arrangement to "At the Top, Burj Khalifa" ticket counter, located on the lower ground level in The Dubai Mall, opposite the food court.
Please note that the "At the Top, Burj Khalifa counter", Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are all part of the same complex.
Get accurate directions by asking at the Dubai Mall Service Desks or look for signage indicating the direction to the Burj Khalifa.
Please arrive at the redemption point 10 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.
If Ticket + Transfer option selected - The time you have selected will be Burj Khalifa visit time and hotel pick up will be 01 hours prior to the selected visit time.
The Hotel pickup is only available from hotels in Dubai – Deira / Bur Dubai / Downtown / Al Barsha/Marina /Jumeirah / Palm Jumeirah area and Dubai Port Rashid Cruise Terminal and Dubai Harbour Cruise Terminal. Additional charges applicable to arrange pick up from any other locations.
Please contact us to reconfirm the pick-up time / location and also for the Burj Khalifa Order number / Barcode which you need to present at the “At the Top - Burj Khalifa” ticket counter.
