What You Learn
The Open Water Diver course consists of three main phases:
Knowledge Development (online or in a classroom ) to understand basic principles of scuba diving
Confined Water Dives to learn basic scuba skills
Open Water Dives to review your skills and explore!
The Fun Part
The fun part about this course is . . . well, just about all of it because learning to dive is incredible. You breathe underwater for the first time (something you'll never forget) and learn what you need to know to become a certified diver. During the course, you'll make at least five confined water dives and four dives at local dive sites under the supervision of your SSI/PADI Instructor.

SSI Open Water Course in Boracay
This globally recognized certification program is the best way to begin your lifelong adventures as a certified scuba diver. Personalized training is combined with in-water practice sessions to ensure you have the skills and experience required to become truly comfortable underwater. You will earn the SSI Open Water Diver certification. Sample Itinerary: Day 1 - 9-10AM Classroom Briefing 10AM - Confined water training skills in shallow water 11AM-1PM - Boat dive 3PM - Confined water training skills Day 2 - 9-10AM Classroom Briefing 10-12AM Confined water training in shallow water 1-3PM - Boat dive Day 3 - 9-10AM Classroom Briefing 10-11AM - Confined water training skills in shallow water 11-1pm - Boat dive 3-5PM Boat dive This is just a sample itinerary.
