- Outside food & beverages are not permitted.
- Tour tickets provide exclusive access to 25th floor and inside Burj Al Arab areas only.
- Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your allocated time slot to collect your ticket, please bring a valid photo ID.
- Late arrivals will be moved to another tour, subject to availability and may carry an additional charge.
- Please respect the privacy and comfort of our in-house guests whilst in public spaces.
- No flash photography or professional cameras are permitted.
- Venue address: Conference center at Jumeirah Beach hotel.
- Guests are requested to report at the Jumeirah beach hotel where the team will assist them for the guided tour followed by meal or beverages as chosen
- Tickets can only be used once and are not subject to refund or exchange of any kind whatsoever.
- Please wear a decent dress code. Shorts, T-shirts, flip-flops, open and running, gym, tennis, basketball shoes, etc. are not allowed.
- We reserve the rights to charge 100% No show charges if the guest is not turning up on time for the pickup.
- No refund for partly utilized services.
- Due to any uncontrollable circumstances, i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances), if the tour gets delayed or cancelled, we will provide alternate options if possible.
