The assigned driver or dispatcher will message the passenger before the start of the trip for peace of mind. This ensures they are in contact and able to share any updates or address any issues during the journey.

Meeting the Driver
All travelers visiting the USA from abroad will need to clear a lengthy line for Immigration and Customs. The driver will stay in touch during the wait and coordinate pickup once the travelers are ready and have their luggage. Our service includes a 2-hour wait from the landing time (Usually companies include only 1hour), with an option for additional waiting time for a small fee that goes directly to the driver. 95% of our travelers are ready within the provided time, so extra fees are typically unnecessary. If the traveler is arriving in a domestic flight, then the wait is not necessary. The driver will be in touch and will meet soon.
