Tuk Tuk Food Tour
Bangkok has a reputation to lose when it comes to street food! What could be more fun than trekking around the Thai capital by tuk tuk in search of the tastiest snacks, and immediately sampling some striking local specialities? As you tear through the city from one location to another, you'll see illuminated temples and people everywhere sitting outside with a drink and some food. At 6pm, you will be picked up from your hotel by tuk tuk. The guide will take you to Khao San Road, for example, once a typical backpacker's neighbourhood but now very popular with young Thai people. You can try the most delicious tropical fruits and local snacks here. In Chinatown, of course, you go for delicious dim sum and how about roast duck? And you might also want to try a Thai delicacy: deep-fried insects. Here's your chance! The guide also knows where to eat Bangkok's tastiest ‘pad thai’, which is not to be missed! To finish, you'll head to a local rooftop bar to enjoy the view over a beer, cocktail or fruit shake. The tour is customisable, so if you prefer to eat vegetarian, that's definitely possible!
