   12-Day Kenya and Tanzania Private Lodge Safari from Nairobi(with Chinese guide)

   Day 1: Arrive in Nairobi Arrive at Nairobi airport and transfer to Ibis Styles Hotel (on bed and breakfast basis) and get oriented with your guide. Check in, relax and your guide will help you to orientate yourself on places to visit within Nairobi. Day 2: Nairobi - Lake Naivasha Start the trip to Lake Naivasha. You will make a scheduled stop at the view point on the side of the escarpment to enjoy the view of the Rift valley floor from a birds eye view. The rift valley system was formed 5 million years ago and the rift runs from the red sea through Ethiopia and Kenya and Tanzania. The rift valley is an active volcanic area and has some of the most interesting features including more than 8 lakes, dormant and active volcanic mountains and hotsprings and geysers like the Olkaria geothermal wells and Lake Bogoria geysers. You can actually see the volcanic Mt Suswa and Mt Longonot from this high place with their evergreen craters and the undulating green rift valley floor. The view from here is just amazing. Make sure to take as many photos from here as you can. Thereafter, depart to Hell's Gate National Park for a mini safari. Hell’s gate is one of the world’s park where you can walk and ride bicycle while watching animals. While in lake Naivasha boat ride our captain will explain to you different bird species and you will see hippo and enjoy the spectacular picturesque landscape. Duration: 10 hours Buffet breakfast at the lodge Buffet lunch at the lodge Buffet dinner at the lodge Accommodation: Fish Eagle Resort or similar Day 3: Lake Naivasha - Lake Nakuru National park Departure to Lake Nakuru National park for a special sighting of the rare black rhino one of the big five game. Enjoy a full day game drive with picnic lunch, later you will leave for lanet matfam where you will spend the night. Duration: 10 hours Meals: Buffet breakfast at the resort Buffet lunch at the resort Buffet dinner at the resort Accommodation: Lanet Matfam Resort or similar Day 4: Lake Nakuru - Maasai Mara National Reserve Start the safari to Mara National Reserve with packed lunch. Arrive in the afternoon and check in at AA Lodge. Later, you will have an afternoon game drive that is about 2 hours. You will return to the lodge where you will have dinner and spend the night. Duration: 10 hours Meals: Buffet breakfast at the lodge Buffet lunch at the lodge Buffet dinner at the lodge Accommodation: AA Lodge or similar Day 5: Full day game drive at Maasai Mara Spend the full day exploring Mara in search of the Big Five. You will have picnic lunch in the Reserve as you scale the Mara beauty sited at the banks of Mara river. Optional: In the evening, Visit the local Maasai village for a cultural tour at USD 20. Learn about the community and interact with the local people. A balloon safari at USD 380 per person can be organized early morning on this day then proceed with the normal program. It is in the Mara that perhaps the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place. Arrive at the border at lunchtime, and process visas. Meet our Tanzanian driver with a 4WD Land cruiser. You will be driven to the camp with game drive enroute. Later dinner and overnight at the camp. Duration: 10 hours Meals: Buffet breakfast at the lodge Buffet lunch at the camp Buffet dinner at the camp Accommodation: Serengeti Wildebeest Camp or similar Day 7: Full day game drive in Serrengeti National park Breakfast at 7 a.m. Full-day game drive in Serengeti and picnic lunch at 1 p.m., then back to the camp/lodge for dinner and overnight. Duration: 10 hours Meals: Buffet breakfast at the camp Buffet lunch at the hotel Buffet dinner at the hotel Accommodation: Highview Hotel or similar Day 9: Ngorongoro Crater - Lake Manyara National park Early breakfast then proceed directly to the crater floor for a full-day crater tour with picnic lunches. Later proceed Lake Manyara for dinner and overnight. Duration: 10 hours Meals: Buffet breakfast at the hotel Buffet lunch at the lodge Buffet dinner at the lodge Accommodation: Octagon Lodge or similar Day 10: Lake Manyara - Tarangire National park Breakfast then proceed for a full-day game drive in Manyara National Park. Thereafter head to Sangaiwe Tented Lodge in Tarangire where you will spend the night. Duration: 10 hours Meals: Buffet breakfast at the lodge Buffet lunch at the lodge Buffet dinner at the lodge Accommodation: Sangaiwe Tented camp or similar Day 11: Tarangire National park - Arusha Early breakfast then proceed for a full day game drive at in the park with picnic lunches. Later you will leave for Arusha and check in Venus Premier Hotel on half board basis. Duration: 4 hours Meals: Buffet breakfast at the hotel Accommodation: Venus Premier Hotel or similar Day 12: Arusha - Nairobi Eat breakfast at 6:30 a.m., and then depart for Nairobi with a PRIVATE shuttle .
