- If there is a low or high tide, the cruise may not pass certain landmarks. This is beyond our control and for the safety of the guests and no refunds will be given.
- In the Buffet there is vegetarian and vegan dishes but not specific
- All guests are provided with pre-arranged seating on the cruise. If you have a preference for a specific deck level, please include your request when booking. We will forward your request to the cruise team, but please note that it cannot be guaranteed.

- Please make yourself known to the Cruise team as they will have your name at the Pier. Please present your Confirmation/Voucher or Photo ID in exchange for your pass for the cruise.
- Check In: 5.30pm for a departure of 7.00pm
- *Please ensure that you are at the Pier on time. We suggest being at the pier early. The boat will not wait for late passengers. There will be no refunds for late or missing passengers.
- Any changes to your booking, IAsia Thailand will contact you.
- For your information, your booking is being managed by staff in the Bangkok city office. Should you have a concern needing urgent attention, please call (66) 96 821 3089 during Office Hours :09:00am until 18;00pm Daily (GMT / UTC +7).
