- Not wheelchair accessible
- Children under 4 years not permitted. (Must be above 1 meter (3 feet, 3 inches) tall to fit into safety harness.)
- Not stroller accessible
- You must weigh less than 265 pounds (120 kg).
- If you have back, neck, joint or muscular problems you should carefully consider whether to participate.
- If you are pregnant you are not permitted. (Safety harness goes across your stomach and holds the entire weight of your body.)
- You do not need previous ziplining experience.
- Infants must not sit on laps
- You should have a reasonable level of fitness.

- Hotel pick up/drop off available from most Phuket hotels. Extra charge 500-baht per person for areas Ao Por, Naiyang, Naithon, Layan and Maikhao
- Hotel pick up may be 30-60 minutes prior to tour Start time/Departure time. Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time.
- Not recommended for people with back problems
- Not recommended for pregnant travelers

- Do not wear flip flops, excessive or dangling jewellery. (comfortable walking shoes recommended)
- It’s a good idea to bring a camera to catch the action! Please make sure it fits in your pocket or can be securely attached to your body. (Sky Rangers are not permitted to take photos for you as they are busy concentrating on keeping you and your group safe.)
