We will begin our journey at the iconic De Adriaan Windmill, where the majesty of this historic windmill will welcome you to Haarlem with breathtaking panoramic views. Afterwards, we will head to the former St. Elisabeth Gasthuis, a captivating architectural complex that was once a medieval hospital and now houses unique shops and galleries.
We will continue our walk through the picturesque streets to the imposing St. Bavo Church, where the Gothic architecture will take your breath away. Inside this majestic church, we will discover historical treasures, including the famous Müller organ, as we explore the intricate details of its design.
The lively Grote Markt is our next destination, a central square surrounded by historic buildings and lively cafes. Here, soak up the vibrant local atmosphere as we stroll through the colourful stalls and enjoy the unique energy that characterises this place.
We will close our tour in the serene gardens of Wijngaardtuin, an oasis of tranquillity in the middle of the city. This is the perfect place to relax, reflect on the day's experiences and enjoy the natural beauty that Haarlem has to offer.
