Learn how to prepare the Italian chocolate ganache, that amazing chocolate concoction Italians use for everything from truffles to glazes and layer cakes. With all that knowledge you will prepare famous Tiramisu, a popular coffee-flavoured custard dessert.

You will then prepare a Caprese cake that combines creamy chocolate softness with crunchy almonds. This cake is also ideal for people with celiac disease. You will see how to prepare pastry dough; the first one will be white, fragrant, and will host a cream of smoked semolina and ricotta flavoured with orange, which, after cooking, will be covered by the dark chocolate ganache.
