    Contact before trip

    The assigned driver or dispatcher will message the passenger before the start of the trip for peace of mind. This ensures they are in contact and able to share any updates or address any issues during the journey.

    Meeting the driver

    At requested pickup time and location the driver will be ready in his/her car with a sign by the window to be easily identified. The driver will also contact the passengers to let them know he/she is ready at location.

    Loading the Luggage

    The driver will load the luggage in the trunk of the car.

    Flight Information Checkup

    Once the travelers are inside the car, the driver will verify with them their flight number and will make sure what airport and terminal they need to go to. (Just in case)

    Drive to the Terminal

    The driver will drive the passengers to the necessary terminal. Before leaving, he/she will unload the luggage and check that nothing is left in the trunk.
