Spend an unforgettable day as you tackle creative treetop obstacles and take part in up to 24 stunning challenges
Choose between several packages: A small program of 10 challenges, a medium one of 24 or a high rope course.

- For safety purposes, participants must be below 120kg and able to reach up to a height of 120cm to participate in this activity
- Not stroller accessible
- Participants must be between 8 to 60 years old
- Not suitable for pets
- Guests are recommended to wear sport shoes, long sleeve shirts and long pants
- All customers must strictly follow the company’s safety rules and regulations
- Due to the limited availability of the facilities, customers must contact tour/activity/attraction operators by phone to make a confirmation or reservation prior to visit. Contact number will be given in your e-voucher.
- Infants must not sit on laps
- Infant seats unavailable
- Not recommended for people with back problems
- Not recommended for pregnant travelers
- Not recommended for people with heart conditions
- Customers will be responsible for the additional charge upfront in case the booking information provided is incorrect (child’s age and height, number of people, etc).
- I Asia Thailand will contact you immediately after your booking to advise you your pickup time (if applicable) and location. Please ensure that you have entered the correct contact details upon booking.
- If you have not been contacted by I Asia Thailand, please call us at +66 2 007 2175-78 (hours of operations are from 07.00am to 19.00pm). At Phoenix Adventure Park, please present your confirmation/voucher or photo ID in exchange for your activity.
- Running shoes or hiking boots (footwear must have closed toes and heels)

- Small backpacks or fanny packs are ideal to carry snacks, water, camera, jacket, and gloves
- Clothing to match the weather, remembering our tours runs rain or shine. During summer months we recommended casual clothing.
