Here, roll up your sleeves for a hands-on cooking experience that goes beyond making pasta. Learn to prepare fresh handmade pasta from scratch, discover the secrets of traditional tiramisu, and create a seasonal second course. Depending on the ingredients available, this may be a fish dish, vegetable parmigiana or risotto, bringing the flavours of the market directly to your table. Once everything is ready, sit down to enjoy the meal you’ve prepared, accompanied by wine, music and friendly conversation.

Rialto Market Tour
Meet your guide, a chef, at Campo bella Vienna to start with a tour of this vibrant part of Venice. Shop with your chef/guide to select the ingredients and raw materials for your cooking class. Then head to a typical Venetian palazzo for your hands-on cooking class. During the class, you will prepare: - fist course (it can be a hand made pasta, risotto or lasagna) with tomatoes and fresh vegetables - second course (can be chicken or fish) or Eggplants Parmigiana Tiramisu` dessert. You will also enjoy a wine tasting session with a professional sommelier, who will help you to discover some delicious wine pairings. End your class with a lovely lunch and enjoy the fruits of your hard work, with plenty of wine of course.

Cooking class
After exploring the market, head with your chef to their kitchen in the Cannaregio district, where you’ll enjoy a hands-on introduction to Italian home cooking. Prepare authentic dishes from scratch, learning the techniques behind fresh handmade pasta and traditional tiramisu. Depending on the season and the ingredients available, you’ll also prepare a second course featuring fish, vegetables in the style of parmigiana, or risotto. Once the cooking is complete, sit down to enjoy the dishes you’ve prepared, accompanied by wine, music and a relaxed, convivial atmosphere. Share stories and flavours with your fellow participants while experiencing the pleasure of Italian food and Venetian hospitality.
