Choose the observatory package to add one admission to One World Observatory. Redeem the separately issued voucher for an available timed entry ticket to One World Observatory. Immediate admission is not guaranteed. Follow the validity and redemption instructions on the issued voucher.

The boat used may vary and is subject to change without advance notice.
The boat is wheelchair accessible for push-wheelchairs but is not able to accommodate electric wheelchairs.

Most people spend 60-90 minutes at the Observatory
If you upgrade to include One World Observatory, your entry voucher for One World Observatory is barcoded. Present it at the ticket office for a ticket for the next available entry time or anytime after that – up to 7 days from your scheduled date.
One World Observatory is normally open daily 9am-9pm – but check opening hours for the day you plan to visit.
Last entry to the Observatory is 1 hour before closing time
Guests under 17 must be accompanied by an adult
