- Local Japanese driver’s license (for Japan Residents)
- International Driving Permit (IDP) issued under the 1949 Geneva Convention (Foreign Nationals)
- US Forces in Japan must present a SOFA Driving License
- Nationals of Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Monaco, and Taiwan may drive with a Japanese translation of their local license (please contact us at least 1 month in advance)
- Guests are welcome to wear their own road-safe costume during the tour. Kartzilla is not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party character or brand owner.

- On the day of your tour, you must bring:
- A valid local driver’s license (For local Residents)
- An International Driving Permit (IDP) issued under the 1949 Geneva Convention in case of foreign nationals
- Note: Digital copies or photocopies are NOT accepted. Failure to present all documents will result in cancellation with no refund.
- Arrival Time & Safety Briefing:
- There is a mandatory safety and traffic orientation before the tour. Please arrive 40 minutes early.
- Arrivals 10 minutes late or more will not be allowed to join the tour, and no refunds will be issued.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be made at least 5 days in advance.
- No refunds will be provided for late cancellation or no-shows.
- Date Change Policy:
- Requests to reschedule must also be made at least 5 days in advance.
- Changes requested after this window cannot be accommodated.
- Other: Guests are welcome to wear their own road-safe costume during the tour. Kartzilla is not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party character or brand owner.
